DIY Kits by Size of House
Complete DIY Kits for small to extra large homes.
Up until now residential ventilation ductwork has taken a time consuming cut and construct-on-sight approach, utilising lengths of circular or rectangular rigid plastic or steel ducting, our Quiet-Vent and Airflow radial ducting system adopts a new philosophy.
IT IS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE! IN SELECTING OUR DIY HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM & DUCTWORK KITS (DIY MVHR) YOU CAN BE CERTAIN THAT THE QUALITY IS OF THE HIGHEST STANDARD AND WILL PROVIDE THE QUIETEST, MOST EFFICIENT, HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM AVAILABLE.
Standard Specification Installation guide - Detailed installation instructions with free technical support from our in-house experts.
Crushproof radial ductwork - To provide a quiet and energy efficient system with the advantage of zero leakage, no crosstalk in pipework, reduced installation time and is also suitable for DIY installation.
Manifolds - A large range of slim line manifolds with self sealing fittings for excellent airflow and to minimise ceiling voids to only 100mm below concrete ceilings connecting Insulated rigid ductwork between heat recovery unit and manifolds and from the heat recovery unit to outside silencer.
Metal attenuator silencer and flexible aluminium acoustic connections to the MVHR unit for ultra quiet operation
Ceiling valves - The highest quality ceiling / wall air valves from Airflow to provide an attractive looking & quiet system
Stainless steel external cowls - with mesh screen and louvered grilles for lifetime use
Controllability - Master controller & boost switches to the bathrooms with a timer function to provide a guaranteed quality system
Delivery - Free delivery to any Mainland UK and Ireland
Optional Metal acoustic supply valves - The highest quality, white metal ceiling/wall air valves with an acoustic lining to provide a durable and quiet system
Roof vents - Range of roof vents to match the profile of most types of roof tiles or slates
Quiet-Vent and Airflow radial ducting system was independently tested by BRE and was found to perform equally well or better than a rigid duct system and as a result was one of the first companies to achieve a SAP Appendix Q.
BPC Ventilation supply kits from Lindab, Nuaire, Polypipe, Quiet-Vent, Airflow and Vent Axia to any wordwide location.
Utilising a range of standard off the shelf plenum and distribution boxes Quiet-Vent utilises semi rigid small bore tubing, supplied in 50m reels, to connect from the distribution box to the room supply or extract point in one continuous length.
This radial approach, feeding out from the central distribution boxes to either supply or extract points, has the advantage of both speed of installation and avoids cross contamination and the transfer of noise from room to room.
Requiring only the minimum of space, Quiet-Vent can be quickly and easily run in voids with the minimum of interference with other services or structural members.
The smooth walled tubing naturally takes up a swept bend form when working around corners thereby reducing pressure drops and lowering fan power consumption.
When it comes to comparing to traditional methods experience has shown that installation times can be reduced by up to 66% when usingQuiet-Vent compared to cut and glue rigid plastic systems.
All round Quiet-Vent residential ductwork is the smart solution to Residential Ductwork. and can also be easily insulated with slide over ‘thermal sock’ multiple duct.
